Payments made are not refundable, but substitutes are allowed.

It is the rider’s responsibility to make payments, organizers will not send our reminders.                       

If the full amount was not received the entry will be forfeited.      

Team Entry (Merino Inn - Sharing)  - R3 950.00 per rider

Team Entry (Own Accommodation) - R2 700.00 per rider

Solo Entry (Merino Inn)                      - R5,400.00

Solo Entry (Own Accommodation)   - R2,700.00  

Rules:                                                                                                                          

1. Cyclists must complete the event on their own.                                                                                          
2. Cyclist must take part in a responsible manner and adhere to the rules of the organizers.
3. No helmet, no cycle.               
4. In the interest of safety only official vehicles will be allowed on the route.                              
5. This race will abide by the rules of Cycling South Africa.                                                            
6. I hereby give permission for medical treatment if necessary.                              
7. I hereby state that I am taking part at own risk. I will not lay any claims against the organizers, individuals, helpers, or sponsors if any damage occurs to my personal self or my equipment, by taking part in this event.
8. I hereby give permission that any photos taken of me at the event may be used by the organizers on social media.   
9. I hereby give permission that my contact details may be shared with sponsors.
